NST is essentially a soft tissue therapy designed to release muscles and fascia in a manner which is safe for all ages, from newborns to the elderly. It is a sequence of specialized moves in a specific and systematic manner - no forceful manipulation. The history and development comes from Tom Bowen, a deceased osteopath from Australia.
