Acupuncture is the insertion of fine, sterile needles into the body at specific points shown to be effective for health problems. According to ancient theory, acupuncture allows energy to flow to the areas where it is deficient and away from where it is in excess, regulating and restoring the harmonious energetic balance of the body.  Acupuncture is used for pain management, neurological problems, digestive complaints, fatigue, women's healthcare and many more conditions.
